@Pepijn Sweep,

I practices more yoga than just meditive movement, the problem is the why?

I used to have a focus, now, wondering if the sensations are psychosomatic rather than something more,or is the sensation a true feeling?

can I trust my perception is real or wanting?

I think it comes down to faith or a leap of faith in what you believe

If you can't make that leap do you believe it?

If you do take that leap whats to stop it being nothing more than delusion?

I think it;s a matter of direction, the choice to leap or not selects a direction we will travel, nothing more nothing less

I once got stuck choosing a direction, I grew stagnant.

rather than belief , the without is what it is

there is no leap of faith and or belief involved , at all really

in this Universe things on the macro and micro level are what they are

and they have been since your birth , especially the macro
