Avoidance of fate?
(Elude?)

What is Fate?

Is it restrciction, addiction, subscription?
Is it reduce, seduce, accruce?
Is it dispossition, condition, resolution?
(Past, Present, Future)
(one way or other,)
(none?)

Is there any part of us that we could not be without, that we need, that has past present future for that part?
(Are we a sum of our parts, part of the sum or sums?)

What are we dictated as?
(what has been written will not be errased)

Is there any part of us that does not make a choice?
That is dictate?
That is rule?
(I will give you a hint, there is, what do you think this is is?)

Do we control our own fate?

(The fate there is actuality AND theoreticality)

Can we escape Fate?

Can i choose to be a man?
(Can i choose to imagine?)
Can i choose to be inteilligent?
(Can i choose to think?)
Can i choose to be hetro?
(Can i choose to love?)

And if none of these things are chosen for me,
(either there or not)
Can i avoid them or cancel them?

Can, i be beautiful if i dont want to be?
Did, Still, Will i?
Can i be wise if i dont want to be?
Did, Still, Will i?
Can i be sexual if i dont want to be?
Did, Still, Will i?
Can i be homo if i dont want be?
Did, Still, Will i?

Can i be ANYTHING i choose not to be?
When I am SOMETHING not i have chosen?
(something to be not i have to be chosen?)
(something to be or not i have or not to be or not chosen?)

To be or not to be?
That is to be or not to be the question.

What is your answer?

*answer one, some or all, but dont answer none*

Fate used to be a banshee or some witches pestering Zevs. Nowadays Fate is a calculated monetary risk.:a-thought:

@sometime sun,
Fate-the actions we take.
A god can know my fate and I will still be in control.

Say fate is in control. What then?
Do we use fate as a defense mechanism? 'Fate did these horrible things, not us people'????

If we knew our own fate, would we change it? Why change it? Is it there to change? By us?

Where is fate?
If we forget the future is fate in present?
If we forget the present is fate in future?
What about the past? Is there any fate there?

I think you mistake elve king with the fishking; he's not dead as far as I know. Some things are positively frightening:
- cold war more than terrorism
- god more than Peter Pan
- fate more than a fairy
- mnemosyne less then psycosis

I called her Rickie. A police dog puppie...She is well, but they just burried Snowwhite while I was away to England.

Yes i did as a matter of fact,
I wonder if faries were gypsies all along?
Refugees from fairy-land?

---------- Post added 05-02-2010 at 09:26 AM ----------

Paul Polansky mentioned an old gypsy story, "In the beginning the Jews were Gypsies, and the Gypsies were Jews, until God made us change places"
There's some fate for you.

@sometime sun,
Fate is a word.

Fate is the future.

---------- Post added 05-02-2010 at 10:08 AM ----------

Fate comes from Greek & Roman Mythology the three goddesses who preside over the birth and life of humans. Each person's destiny was thought of as a thread spun, measured, and cut by the three Fates, Clotho, Lachesis, and Atropos. Also called the Moirai and the Parcae.
