@Icon,
You would do well to read that book Icon.

My view is as my thread states which is the same as Buddha.
A vegetarian diet is a higher level humanity.
And how are your views different than ours, or are they the same?
And if you do eat meat I hope you join us One day!

My apologies I did not mean to take your quote. I have been reading a lot of pages so I got the information mixed in my head. I read where you had posted the point and got it looked in just did not register where I got it from. I agree with what you posted. did not mean to zombie your post.

It's no problem, friend. I'm just happy to see other people understand the concept.

Fella's: don't ridicule MJA for his beliefs. Criticism is one thing, and I'm not one to dislike a joke, but I think we got the point, eh?

I was not ridiculing his beliefs, rather his tendency to preach without any substance.

I can only hear how evil my lifestyle is without reason so many times before I become irked. With that said, I will stop.

I was teasing MJA. My fault. I tend to lash out when being brainwashed. I will contain my ridicle and hope for a sustainable debate on the benifits of a vegitarian diet. As well as the possiblility that an equal collective is probable in the next generation. Despite the fact that we are no where near a collective after thousands of some odd years on this rock.

I will no longer be the bully :whistling:

@Mr Fight the Power,
I understand the tendency to become a bit upset when people tell you over and over that you are incorrect, especially when you think their arguments/evidence are lacking. But, if their arguments/evidence are lacking, that's precisely why there is no reason to get upset.

Thanks for your concern DT, weakness such as their's abounds when it comes to truth. I have sympathy for those so weak, that's what brings me here.

And as for you Mr. Fight, Buddha Einstein Jefferson Thoreau Gandhi and Pythagoras to name only a few along with their views are not substance enough for you? That is the substance I bring to my thread. Would you ridicule them as well? My views are the same as theirs, and if you ridicule my views then you equally ridicule them, only further proving the weakness of yourself.

Preaching?

A vegetarian diet is a healthier life style, One I have chosen for myself like many others as well.
Try it, you'll strengthen yourselves to a higher level view.

If I may suggest,
Try some substance in your life, their's some right here in this thread.

And where I'm standing, it's not that he isn't presenting solid 'evidence' (I don't expect that from a spiritual view such as this), it's that he isn't reiterating his viewpoint any other way. I see the same Oneness skit, the same "I'll be here waiting for you..." line, but if he really cared to share this epiphany, I'd think he'd find more ways to do it. Because, clearly, many are having a problem understanding.

Perhaps, MJA, you could share what's influenced you to even come to this viewpoint. We've hinted at the Tao, but that didn't seem like the heart of it. I've asked you plenty of times to elaborate but you consistently note that elaboration is actually what you detest (because you like things simple, equal, "One"). So, I'm at a loss.

My view point is that switching to a vegetarian diet is a heathier and higher level view. Equality or Oneness makes it so.

How did I find this truth, the truth of equality you ask?
Well quite simply I had to.

I've written quite extensively on this forum with much of my path or experiences along the Way. If your interested in the Way, read some more.
And if you have questions regarding my work, feel free.
Equality is free,

Hitler, Pol Pot, Charles Manson, and Ghengis Khan also were at least to some degree vegetarians. Since we are now associating vegetarianism with unerring truth and wisdom, how many people have you murdered yet?

Khan was responsible for the deaths of at least 20M and raped so many women that 8% of the population of Greater Asia bears his DNA. I think you have some work to do.

MJA, we're weak because we don't understand you? You have sympathy for us? That doesn't sound the least bit egotistical to you?

Are you saying that vegetarianism is not an accurate measure of virtue?

Could this mean that the names you mentioned are not virtuous because of their vegetarian diet?

You couldn't possibly think that it is coincidental, could you?!!!

I can understand your upset MJA. You took the time to write this thread to express your joy of your life path. And thus far have gained no support in your views and have been badgered with countless amounts of compelling arguments against your belief, and dietary choices. It must be hard to bare 20+ pages of this.

I wanted to point out that through out this thread you were able to maintain a collected redundant stance on your views. And began to show us that perhaps you have gained some enlightenment or STRENGTH through your choices. And then you fell like all others that put themselves on a soap-box. With just a little bit of school yard teasing you lost your peaceful epiphany and engage in the simplest form of combat (insult). Perhaps or next engagement you won't be so savage as to result in an action that is so far beneath you.

Perhaps the name of my alter ego was not seen through your clouds. SAVAGE/MONK. I will offer all that I can. And when you take my gifts for grated I will EAT YOU ALIVE.

To find peace you must first go to war. To live something must die. For if all lived than all would die. 2009/Savagemonk:letme-at-em:

I have been through things in life that would cringe your stomach. You have no grounds to question my strength. I do not know what you have been through so I have no grounds to question yours.
:DHave a nice existence.:sarcastic:

Is this another example of a compelling post?
The cringe your stomach line, is that the compelling diet part?
:letme-at-em: this is not compelling to me either.
Do you wear scary t shirts too?
"I will eat you alive"???
School yard teasing?
What grade are you in?
