Greetings to the whole forum,

I joined the forum today and hope to dialogue, debate, post my own thoughts as well as reading the writings of others.

I am a retired Mechanical/Industrial Engineer, my interests range far and wide and I have an insatiable curiosity about everything under the sun.

I was a amateur astronomer but no longer practice due to light pollution where I reside.

I did belong to another small philosophical forum , but it seems the owner got tired and just deleted it from the net.

I am a deep thinker,trying to understand existence as best I can

I would say I am a theist but do not belong to any organized religion
