Truth is what has happened.

What you are talking about is the discerning of that truth and how it pertains to our recollections of it and our perception abilities. This does not mean that the truth has not taken place just because we cannot grasp it.

Reality is what has happened...Truth is an accurate method of conceiving of what happened...
