If you lift weights or have high muscle mass, I would say that 193 is a decent weight, although if you have a weight goal I would recommend drinking green tea to boost metabolism, doing a cardiovascular workout, repeating daily for 1-2 weeks, and then begin building muscle mass. Also, do not drink energy drinks or consume things with corn syrup as one of the first 5 ingredients; they get converted into fat quickly. Stick to a high fiber/protein diet with little carbohydrates, unless you exercise very often. Also, the dark clothing makes your height appear greater and helps if that's what you want.
