Did ever Read the book "Snapping"
I was just wondering if anyone evre read this book. I guess the one that is published now is revised quite a bit from when I read it, but it was one of the only things available at the time. It really helped me understand in a rational explanation how I got so far gone, and it helped me get back. Here are a few links. I hope these work.
