Hey there,

Yup, another new guy here. My interest is primarily how history, religion, philosophy, and mythology have combined to create the world we live in... and I think this will lead into conjecture about what direction(s) things will go in for our children, and and their childrens' children... being somewhat new to these studies, I am very much lacking in any particular position to defend... though I do retain some measure of Christian flavoring from my 11 years in Protestant circles... with a sprinkling of Catholic Mysticism and Eastern Orthodoxy.... I have also spent a little time with Buddhist thought recently. Anyhow, I look forward to tossing around some ideas and thoughts.
