Hi, I am a college student currently studying economics in New England area. I joined this forum after searching for a good philosophy forum to ask questions and talk about ideas. I have no formal training in philosophy, except for a couple introductory classes, so excuse me if I mistakenly mix up concepts and technical terms. I have much to learn from all of you here! My main interest in philosophy is political philosophy (particularly around the Enlightenment era) and a little bit of metaphysics, and my views are generally quite electic.
