Hi folks,
Nice to be part of such a diverse forum. My interests include philosophy, humanities, social science and religion. My background is medical, mainly psychiatry, tropical medicine and now Environmental Medicine. I love to read and write material I hope is original and useful. Looking forward to getting into some of the discussions.

Hi Daniel,
That makes two tropical docs on the forum, though I don't have my DTM&H (I may get the ASTMH certificate of knowledge, though, if I ever get the time to take their exam). A former mentor of mine is now one of the travel medicine specialists at the London School.
