My name is Vadim and i'm an 18 year old engineering student.
i'm a state swimmer, a class B chess player, and a mediocre piano and guitar player. i use the dvorak keyboard layout and i just recently switched to slackware linux.
i find myself questioning too many things these days and have come here to discuss and learn. i'm open minded, but i have some questions too. can you be too open minded?
i like to experiment in life and i plan to never work under someone after college. i tend to ask a lot of questions, i hope that doesn't get on anyone's nerves, i just like to have a conceptual understanding of things. i also don't usually capitalize anything unless it's an abbreviation. i really like small community forums and i hope i like it here :bigsmile:
@Petrovich phil,
I didn't know others actually used the Dvorak keyboard. I am a proud user of two years. I actually wrote an article on the history of the layout for the newspaper that I served as editor-in-chief for last year on it.
Welcome to the forums and may they help you find that which you seek.
@Petrovich phil,
i've been using it for almost 2 years
@Petrovich phil,
P-K4!
The Members of this forum are very generous in answering, or at least attempting to answer, various philosophical questions. It is only by including more and more perspectives that one can learn or be challenged to think.
Welcome to the Philforum!
