I have been working for quite some time now on Welcome - LogiLogi.org - Thinking beyond paper, agility outliving chatter, quality in openness, a publishing-platform for philosophy that does not use threads, but works with tags and links that can also be inserted by others than a text's author.

It might be complementary to the Philosophy Forum.
