I jest. I suppose it can happen, amenotatsujin. One can legally change his/her/its birthdate in other countries (and perhaps this one, though I doubt it) to avoid paying hightened taxes. This happens (or at least, it did) in Colombia, you know. The further along down the year (in terms of months only) you were born, the higher the taxes you would have to pay. So some people might
change their birthdate so they could afford to live.
