I greet you as my peers as i hope you'll greet me as one of your own.

My real name is Marius, i'm 19. Philosophy is a very important thing for me (after surviving) Very Happy. I actually started working with Philosophy (the "science") a couple of months ago and decided to join this forum simply because it is the best choice for me to express my thoughts And to listen to other's as well.

I consider myself a non-theist, but i give little importance to that, I really don't debate too much about religion. I'm more interested in the human nature and the nature of what humans conceptualize as being separate entities (Universe, The "world" we "live in, to these i am referring).

I'm sure i will enjoy my time here discovering new things i've been ignorant of and consequently being ignorant of some more.

Thanks, Marius.

@Hamster phil,
What makes our Members all peers is, I think, our interest in discussing the world and our place in it as problems that philosophy, or a philosophical stance, can help clarify. This perspective distinguishes Philforum from many others where opinion, propaganda, and mere chatter are the norm.
Welcome to Philforum!
Regards,
John

@Hamster phil,
Welcome to the forums marius.

Maybe you will find that the sacred dividing lines between science, philosophy and religion are not so sacred after all.
