I have no formal education in philosophy but I do have an interest, recently re-kindled. I've been reading up on various philosophical subjects at an entry-level, and I'm looking for a place where I can learn more and further discuss ideas. I'm most interested in the areas of aesthetics, philosophy of mind, and philosophy of religion.

@Salo phil,
Welcome to the Philforum!
I am sure you will find many interesting topics, and you certainly do not have to have philosophic credentials to participate, just a bit of reason and discussion skills.
As you become more at home with the contents of the forums, you will find some introductory material (especially in those that concern themselves with individual philosphers).
Do not hesitate to post asking questions about concepts or terms that puzzle you; our Members are more than willing to discuss these (at the drop of a hat, actually).
Regards,
John
