Hello to everyone.

While I have long been interested in philosophy and have actively discussed it with acquaintances, but have only recently decided to truly apply myself.

I understand some of the basic concepts, and I am familiar with some of the more prominent philosophers, but I find much of the terms and concepts that populate philosophical dialogue to be opaque (I do consider that to be more than a coincidence).

So I have come here looking for discipline in my thought and direction in my learning.

@Mr Fight the Power,
Welcome, Mr. Fight the Power. I'm a bit of a philosophy layman myself.
