I think I have understood that Kant saw space and time as our (humanity's) way of structuring our experience. Does he tie this in any way to our physiology? For example, if we had another sentient being around with a completely different sort of physiology (e.g. an artificial intelligence) would Kant suppose something other than space and time would structure that being's experience?

@marciag,
I think it fair to Kant's position to say that the transcendental aesthetic is applicable only to humans (and perhaps locomotive animals) and the way they MUST filter informative data. Kant left it open as to HOW we filtre this data; it is enough for his purpose to understand that it is conditioned in a certain and consistent way, without considering the possibility that there were other life-forms that could have different conditions for knowledge.
