Few realize that Russell saw as an artist the understanding during his download. He then had to find words to describe what was a journey beyond words.sometimes his words are not correct but his early drawings are.
When Russell talks about electricity, he is not talking AC or DC. he is talking about electrostatic charge. Nature creates by electrostatic charge and dissipates by galvanic current. Galvanic current occurs when two dissimilar materials are in proximity and corrosion begins.
electrostatic charge is the spark that jumps from your finger to the doorknob in a warm dry rood. A 1/2 inch long spark is about 30,000 volts.
electrostatic charge is the only charge that creates a magnetic field at 180 degrees from the direction of the current. all other charges have the field at 90 degrees.
For those who have studied the science and already struggled with the concepts, this will be useful.

@frank hartman,
Rotation illusion
Besides Walter Russell no one recognized that rotation is a fundamental law of physics.
Counter clock wise rotation concentrates. Clockwise dissipates. all low pressure system rotate counterclockwise around a low to attempt to bring the low up to equilibrium. All highs rotate clockwise to dissipate the high towards equilibrium.

the illusion that storms in the southern hemisphere rotate in the opposite directions has been a primary cause of the failure to see the truth.

The storms in southern hemisphere appear to rotate in the opposite direction because we are looking through the opposite end.
One can easily prove this to themselves and others by taking a common clear water glass and rotate a pencil inside the glass counterclockwise. While doing so observe the bottom of the glass. the direction will appear to be clockwise.
the Coriolis force used as a convenient explanation by science is and cannot be true. any good engineer could run the number and prove it is not strong enough
It is one of the illusions that science has ignored.

.more on rotation later.

@frank hartman,
Science today is full of illusions. I'm starting to think many are deliberate. Please keep shining your light on us.Smile
Best regards.

@mr4v0,
My thoughts? Well, if you are seriously interested in the nature of light, you'll certainly find mc2<c beyond your expectations. I have been told that the illustrations in the book are similar to Walter Russell's works.
