More than OK, thank you and will try your recipe when i can get some buttermilk, now i just need a refried beans and pigsfeet recipe to fill my southern appetite. My butterbean suprise is excellent, the suprise is that butterbeans are delicious. My chicken could use some southern know-how.
And i heard always when making cornbread a cast-iron cooking vessel makes for the best bread for those who dare to be filled to southern capacity.
