But these past several months my body has been rebelling against me. First rotator cuff repair.(It was blown out pretty good) I always did rotator cuff warm ups and exercises designed for it. Blew the cuff on a Caber Toss of all things.
Now I'm headed for a 3rd 'scope of my r/knee.(torn meniscus-if there is any of it left to have torn) Tore the meniscus on the Heavy Weight for Distance. Yes I love the Scottish Highland Games. Apparently they're not liking me right now. Well thanks for letting me vent. I know it's just age and the mileage on the body. Sometimes hearing yourself complain(type ?) is good therapy.
Is it some mystery why primitives liked to kill people with the greatest possible pain??? There is only so much we can share, and the rest we must express...Good luck on the body...It ain't yours if you can't destroy it...
