Hello! everyone......
M new here......i joined this forum, as i found that this forum really enriches knowledge, especially as far as the sphere of philosophy is concerned!
but right now, m looking for some information on this issue........
I have to prepare a project on US policy on EMISSION CUT & Policy framed by California on the same issue...So could anyone provide any basic information on this subject?:confused:

I do not know specific numbers but Europe offers bigger reductions:bigsmile:Laughing
