Came here mainly looking for help with Peano Arithmetic, but will probably join in with various discussions if they catch my eye!:a-ok:
If you were not already logical the learning of anything would be impossible... We must make sense of things, and see their pattern, and be able to predict the effect of causes before anything in life can be learned... What you are learning is formal logic, and that is great with physical reality... In learning of morals you must put such notions aside, and look for new patterns which for the want of a better words are illogical, or anti logical... People are not people because they are logical, but in spite of being illogical... Our drives and instincts, our emotions and affliction are illogical, and logic only serves as a means to illogical ends... I cannot explain it logically, but count on it regardlessly...
Oh; and welcome...
Your interests put me to mind of the famous words of Uncle Fester: She's a girl and I'm a boy;... We got nothing in common...
