I'm a student at Fordham University and I recently discovered philosophy and theology via my courses for the spring semester.

and I absolutely love it. I'm a Biology major and I don't think I'll switch, but if this doesn't work this will probably be my second choice of majors.

@Grimmas,
At the present, the major advances in biology (and medicine) are changing the way we think about ethical questions, as well as how we view the mind and personality; it may be the task of philosophy in this generation to absorb these discoveries and to provide a framework for understanding their implications.

Exactly! Might I suggest an article called "Hard-Wired for God" Where John F. Haught talks about how Nicholas Wade (NY Times writer) suggests that it is in our genetic code to be religious in some sense (Worshiping a god, worshiping one's things.) It's really quite interesting, I know that I'm going to have philosophy in my life until I die regardless of what I end up doing.
