I am looking forward to participation with both trepidation and anticipation. If I spend time here, will I accomplish more or less with my brief time on earth than time spent elsewhere? I may know in time, if I can determine the criteria of accomplishment.

Welcome! I can spend hours here, and I don't think it's a waste...or is it? No, it's actually quite enjoyable to be able to talk philosophy and be understood/supported/opposed/flaws poked in your theories which you may have taken for granted...welcome again!=)
