Hello everybody, my name is Arjen and I am from Holland. I am looking for a serious philosophy forum and I hope this one fits the bill.
I work in ICT and I study philosophy in the evenings (I am in my first year). I hope to explore some subjects on this forum in a formal way. That is to say to stick to what certain philosophers said...although, in different topic, I hope to be able to share some "random" thoughts with all of you.

Welcome, take your time and look around, you will soon be able to tell if this forum is for you. There are many philosophy sites on the web of different intensites and qualities. We are happy you have chosen to join us, think about making your first post and you will soon get the feel of the place.
