I don't have to have an academic background in philosophy to be here or else I would've gone a long time ago, not everyone here does, my education is more social policy but I love philosophy too.

To be frank, and even though I have degrees in Philosophy, I had to look up MPH. As you become involved in the discussions here, I am sure the occasion will present itself for you to bring to bear what you take to be MPH's perspective on the subject at hand.
