I am currently in the US Navy nearing the terminus of my enlistment. I started reading philosophy while I was underway. I have found it very difficult to find people to discuss philosophy with, this forum has done wonders to remove that feeling of alienation. Everyone told me that I should not think like that and it is not good for me. I am planning on studying philosophy in the fall of 2010, saying that brings much joy to me.
