It sounds like perhaps you don't have the apropriate video codec installed. If I remember correctly, the audio is MP3 and the video is DIVX 4/MPEG4
If you can provide some more information about your video player software, someone may be able to help you find the right video codec. Alternatively I can reccomend VLC from
