"unpublished" GN about "Mr. H" in Japan.
During the time of the Tokyo EOH (Experimental Outreach Home), Berg got a revelation that a certain "Mr. H." (Hashimoto) who is in the government was going to be a help to the Family. So, he had some "FF-type" of witnessers try to reach him. Since this certain Mr. H. was known as a lady's man, he figured it was a way to "catch" this man.
