Macau 'Victor Camp'
I believe that Macau was not an actual Victor camp, but a pre-runner to the Victor Camps. I'm not sure if it had the title Victor Camp. I'll ask someone who was there and try to verify it.
I think you are right. I believe they started calling them "Victor Camps" around 1989 or 1990. Wasn't the 'camp' in Macau run by Hosea Berg? It was on a very small, somewhat secluded, island where they had a farm with animals.
It was called something like "the DC" (for "detention center"), wasn't it?
I agree. I labelled it as a victor camp for lack of a better term. Any help getting that article past stub stage would be greatly appreciated.
