Website for people Sexually Abused in Cults - Friends-Alive.
Have been perusing your very interesting website and forums. There is an extremely helpful website founded earlier this year by an ex-cult member of The Exclusive Brethren. It is for all people who have been abused/sexually abused in cults, and also about the exposure of these groups and making the necessary culprits accountable. http://www.friends-alive.com

I wonder what time frames we are looking at in comparison to Berg/TFI.

Re: Website for people Sexually Abused in Cults - Friends-Alive.
The man who runs the website (Alan Robertson of Scotland) was raped by the world leader of the Exclusive Brethren in 1970 when he was aged 11. His book is about that, will be published in 2011. There is a lot of sexual abuse in the excl Breth. It is slowly being exposed. I man in Nelson (NZ) EB's aged in his early 70's, was jailed in 2008 for abusing girls in going back for up to 50 years. the Excl Brethren maintain they have a 'pure line' of leaders for the last 150 years. Alan's book is to show that is not so. And that there is no such thing as purity in these leaders. Most of the EB leaders suffered from alcoholism as well. As far as we know the current leader is addicted to booze.
