Threatening frivolous litigation is generally not an effective way to get people to do what you want. A five minute consultation with any attorney should be enough to make you realize you that you have no grounds to sue us or anyone else if we "don't sort this out." I have reviewed all the pages on xfamily.org which have the term "Steven Kelly" and see no reason to change anything. Our main page on him (which every page which uses that name links to) has not only his full name (and aliases he has used) but plenty of identifying information like his birth date and photographs which make it clear exactly who we are referring to and distinguish him from the thousands or millions of other Steven Kellys in the world.
