TF in Japan - Details about press investigations
Media outlets who have recently covered or are currently pursuing articles & TV shows about the Family in Japan include the following:

• The Japan Times - The most read and respected English newspaper from Japan. Has international redership via their website. They recently reprinted a Los Angeles Times article about Ricky & TF, and may be publishing an article of their own, which would probably be more local in scope.[/*:m]
  
• Friday magazine - Weekly photojournalism magazine with large readership among Japanese males. Often covers provocative & controversial stories, sometimes in a somewhat sensationalistic manner. Friday has, so far, printed 2 articles about TF. Friday reporters have been collecting info on & visiting numerous Family homes. Their articles have raised interest in TF by Japanese TV stations.[/*:m]
  
• Newsweek Japan - Newsweek was, to my knowledge, the first media outlet in Japan to publish a story about TF since the death of Ricky Rodriguez. There were other investigations going on, however, before Newsweek went to press.[/*:m]
  
• Asahi Geino - Doesn't have a great reputation & is not respected by many. They published an article on the Family, and may publish another, longer article.[/*:m]
  
• TBS - TV station. Currently investigating TF.[/*:m]
