I need your help to find the true identity of a black man who called himself Ebed. He was a leader at the Jumbo in the Philippines circa 1988. He is a pedophile and a rapist among other things. For approximately one year, he raped my 9 year-old sister repeatedly and kept her in solitary confinement. He forced her to wear a face mask and biblical quote signage as punishment. "Ebed" destroyed any semblance of normalcy she will ever have. I've also heard he was a leader in Brazil for some time. Please help me find this man and prevent him from preying on innocent children.

I was in the Jumbo during that time. I remember Ebed Tall black man with Glasses. I don’t know where he ended up. I have been out of the family for 20+ years.
I can only say the is “ Vengeance is mine sayeth the lord. That’s what they practice and preach so we can only pray that the Lord will exact his vengeance on those that abused children and preformed misconduct against the apple of his eye.
He was my legal guArdian after the jumbo, I'm a WS kid, passed around a bunch of guardians, forged Power of Artorneys whoever was most convenient at the time. His legal name is Alfred Louie Lindo, Canadian from Montreal Canada. Currently married to Sarah Ireland, legal name Hillary Roys, last I knew they live in Thailand. I can ask her kids where they are.
