Toronto 'open for business' despite deadly nursing home out


TORONTO (CP) - Canada's largest city is "open for business" and remains a safe place to live, work and play, Ontario's health minister said Thursday as he tried to fend off growing fears about a mysterious illness that has already claimed 16 lives at an east-end nursing home.
