Nursing home employees in Greenburgh unionize (The Journal


The state's largest health care workers union now has dozens of employees at Sprain Brook Manor nursing home as members. Certified nurses aides, licensed practical nurses, dietary workers and housekeepers voted, 62-23 yesterday to join the Service Employees International Union, known as 1199 SEIU.
