Pre-2001 nursing home renovations don't count in state fund


LITTLE ROCK - The state Department of Human Services bases its reimbursements to nursing homes, in part, on whether nursing homes have completed renovations recently. However, pre-2001 renovations won't count under an Arkansas Court of Appeals ruling issued Wednesday.
