The lawyers for a Hurricane man, who is suing a former Putnam General Hospital nurse for alleged inappropriate conduct, should be disqualified as the man s council because of a conflict of interest, the lawyers for the hospital s parent company said Wednesday in Kanawha County Circuit Court.
