WASHINGTON--Nutrition scientists with the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) have conducted a nationwide survey to determine if hospital cafeterias and restaurants are meeting the need for low-fat, cholesterol-free foods that can help people maintain a healthy weight and prevent heart disease, diabetes, and some cancers.

Dissapointing that the hospitals have ever served food that was not healthy. What hypocrites!!

The hospitals should be setting a good example. They also need to have a wide variety, for the variety of patients they recieve. For example a Jewish patient requires strictly Kosher food.
