Where were families of nursing home victims? (USA Today)


USA TODAY's report concerning the deaths of 34 patients at a Louisiana nursing home and the charges against the owners was troubling enough. But where were the children of these patients? Did they all flee to higher ground and leave their parents or grandparents to survive on their own ("Pair charged in 34 deaths," News, Wednesday)?
