Toms airlifted to hospital with heart ailment (USA Today)


David Toms was taken to a hospital after developing a rapid heartbeat during the 84 Lumber Classic on Thursday and was later taken by helicopter to a Pittsburgh hospital. An associate of Toms' indicated the 38-year-old golfer was in stable condition.
