Mallon released from hospital (USA Today)


Meg Mallon, who made the clinching putt when the Americans won the Solheim Cup, was released from a hospital Wednesday after being treated for a rapid heart rate. A doctor said Mallon is expected to make a full recovery and should be able to return to the LPGA Tour next week in Los Angeles.
