home health transitioning
I am almost a graduate of an ADN program and have been offered a job with a home health agency that i have worked for as a CNA. I was contemplating the situation as to whether to jump into a situation when i do not have that extra help from some one or to learn from being a Home Health Nurse.

I would never do that.
I stated off at a hospital when I was out of school. I worked there for 3 years. I loved it and I learned everyting I needed by example when it was still fresh book knowledge. That was the best decision i've ever made. You really need the I.V experience, the injections, specialized meds etc and you are likely to learn t he latest techniques and get a wide range of experiences under your belt.

Whatever your decision, good luck!
