Local News Jury rules that nursing home deaths were homicid
PEKIN -- On July 2, Darrel H. Peters, 85, choked to death at an East Peoria nursing home. Five days later, Lloyd Berkley, 74, died at Pekin Hospital after suffering a severe head injury at a Pekin nursing home.
