PATIENTS, staff and visitors are speaking-out against plans to introduce parking charges at Glan Clwyd Hospital. Conwy and Denbighshire NHS Trust are introducing a parking scheme at the end of September when a £1 an hour charge will be enforced and then an hourly rate up to £5 for over six hours.
