What do you consider to be professional nursing today?
What leadership characteristics are essential for nurses today?
How can RN's make a difference?
How has the CNO's Quality Assurance program affected your practice?
CNO (College or Nurses Ontario) or American equivalent will work too
How important do you think it is for nurses to be creative problem solvers? (with patients)
Do you find you are encouraged to suggest ideas for patients care plans?
