Nursing homes fear devastating effects from Medicaid propos


BLUEFIELD - The administrators of several southern West Virginia nursing homes and assisted living facilities believe that a proposal to freeze Medicaid rates now under consideration by Gov. Joe Manchin could have a long-term devastating effect of the level of care nursing home residents currently receive.
