Non-Clinical nurses returning to direct pt care
I need your help with a survey please:

#1 if your non-clinical position was eliminated after 5-10 yrs would you return to direct pt care
#2 Do you feel the patients would be safe
#3 Are you confident with your clinical skills after this length of time
#3 How long of a refresher course would you want to feel confident that the patients were receiving the best care?
