Drop in nurse vacancies (Nursing Times)


Nursing vacancies in the NHS continue to fall, according to latest government figures. The Department of Health say the three-month vacancy rate for qualified nurses went down from 2.6% in March 2004 to 1.9% in March 2005 - a fifth successive fall.
