Nurse at Robinson facility claims documents were falsified


A nurse at the former Atrium I Nursing and Rehabilitation Center testified yesterday that administrator Martha F. Bell once ordered her to say she was "pregnant and hormonal" as an explanation for why she criticized conditions at the home in front of a state inspector.
